• Not use the service for harassment or harmful behavior
• Only join pods they have been invited to

4.3 Admin Responsibilities

Pod administrators have additional responsibilities including managing member access, updating pod settings, and ensuring the pod remains a safe environment for all members.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Knot, including habit names, descriptions, and check-in data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
